Hi my name is Cillian and I am a strength coach from Ireland.
I have traveled the globe with fitness, training clients on 3 different continents.
My goal is to learn as much as possible about fitness, nutrition and the human body. This has brought me to different countries and has led me to learn from some of the best in the industry.
I have taken all of this knowledge and have created my own training philosophy that will help improve physical & mental performance, create optimal movement patterns and optimize health and well-being.
I have trained a number of different clients within different aspects of fitness including; Marathon runners, Rugby/ Football/ American Football and Basketball players, Cyclists, Boxers, MMA Fighters and dancers. From amateur level to First Team All-Americans and European Champions.
I have had a lot of success coaching clients at the beginner level. I love to help people feel comfortable in the gym and drive a passion for health and fitness from within them that they never expected to have. Seeing my clients faces when they accomplish their goals is an amazing feeling for me (that can get a little emotional!). Helping people reach Personal Bests that they once thought impossible is what drives me every day.
With a background in nutrition I teach clients how to optimize their food intake rather than just provide meal plans. I help people to figure out how to listen to their bodies. With me you won’t see any low carb or crazy fad diets. My holistic approach has clients looking and feeling their best while insuring their health is priority number 1.
