Shred Friday

Project Description

Shred Friday involves whole body resistance training combined together with functional moves like battle ropes. Two of these combined together in circuits produce maximum fat burn and gets you shredded. This class is 25-30 minutes and ends with static stretching.

Benefits – Shred Friday as the name suggests will help you drop body fat.  Combine this class with your resistance training for a classic beach body.

Training Level – Beginner to Intermediate
