Spectrum Fitness “SWEAT WITH US” Free Week

Welcome to Spectrum Fitness “Sweat With Us” free week (16/04/18 till 21/01/18)!

We would like you and your loved ones to experience training with us and enjoy our tailored group fitness classes, awesome training facilities and our friendly staff. Access our facilities between 9 am – 7 pm. In order to maximize your results, we handpicked special class schedule presented below to make it more exciting.

 

Class Name: HIIT 20

Time: 6am, 12:15pm, 6pm

Class Summary: High intensity circuits will work your body from head to toe in just 25 minutes.Using your body weight and light resistance in a 50/10 second work to recovery ratio, this adrenaline pumping, fast
paced workout ends with 10-15 minutes of essential stretch and recovery.

 

DAY 2

Class Name: Body Pump & Boxing

Time: 6am (BP), 12:15pm(B), 6pm(BP), 6:45pm (B)

Class Summary: Total Body Pump involves Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength) within a 30 minute duration. It ends with 5-10 minutes of static stretching. Boxing involves box combos and abdominal training.

 

DAY 3

Class Name: HIIT 8

Time: 6am, 12:15pm, 6pm

Class Summary: High intensity interval training consisting of 8 ultra-high-intensity exercises working at 20/10 work to recovery ratio.

This Tabata style workout also incorporates 4 minutes of abdominal exercises in between sets that makes it a challenge for all fitness levels.

 

DAY 4

Class Name: Spectrum Spartan 

Time: 6am, 12:15pm, 6pm

Class Summary: Spectrum Spartan is a high intensity resistance based class designed to put your body under high metabolic stress in order to keep burning calories not just during the workout but also throughout the day. This class is about 25-30 minutes and ends with essential stretching and cool down.

 

 

DAY 5

Class Name: Shred Friday 

Time: 6am, 12:15pm

Class Summary: Shred Friday involves whole body resistance training combined together with functional moves like battle ropes. Two of these combined together in circuits produce maximum fat burn and gets you shredded. This class is 25-30 minutes and ends with static stretching.
